i really like brene brown. i think she speaks beautifully and honestly. that’s what i love about her messages. last week, i met with a spiritual counselor who specializes in deliverance. as i work on breaking down some of the things that were brought to my attention and i was delivered from, i’m realizing there’s no way i can write a post about it in a week. so, i’ve decided to warm my readers up by introducing a topic that is near and dear to my heart, vulnerability.
being vulnerable is the scariest thing, especially for victim/survivors of sexual abuse/assault. this is one of the things that was brought up in my deliverance session, and a common theme in my discussions with my family in Christ lately. as i mentioned in my last post, i’ve been sensing my spirit rattling her chains, trying to come out. i believe the key to unlocking her chains and letting her out is my willingness to be vulnerable. i believe that is everyone’s key to experience happiness.
so, please enjoy this video and allow her message to sink in. until next time!
